博士、副教授、硕士生导师

赵婷(1983-),女,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2002年9月至2006年7月,湖南中医药大学药学专业,获得理学学士学位;2006年9月至2009年6月,江苏大学生药学专业,医学硕士学位;2010年9月至2013年6月,江苏大学食品科学与工程专业,工学博士学位。研究领域为天然有机化学和应用化学,主要从事天然活性成分的分离纯化以及功能性食品和药品的研究与开发工作。已在《Food and Chemical Toxicology》、《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》、 《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》、《Chemstry Research Chinese Univisity》、《Food Research International》、《Food Chemistry》等国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。
